My pet has a special needs. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes we can accommodate most special needs for your Fur Family member. Whether it is a special diet or medical needs, just let us know what your pets needs are so we can best accommodate them.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
Your pets food is the most important, but please feel free to bring anything to make your pet more comfortable during their stay such as a bed, blanket, treats, and toys. The only thing we ask you not to bring is bowls as we prefer to use our own. When dropping off please take any leash and harness with you and bring back when you pick up to insure they are not misplaced or damaged.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
If you would like to check on your pet while you are away please feel free to call during business hours and we would be happy to keep you updated. Also we update our social media often with pictures of different Fur Family members.
Do I provide food for my pet when boarding?
Yes. If you are boarding your dog with us please pre-package their food by the meal in plastic bags to insure they the right amount per meal and to make it easier for us to monitor how they are eating as some dogs do not eat as much when boarding.
